hormone, which increases the level of blood sugar. When excessive amount of

the level of blood sugar. Pancreas produces insulin hormones when found on
glucose in the body. When insulin works normally, it transmits glucose into the
liver, muscles and other parts. But if you are insulin resistant, then your
insulin receptors do not recognize insulin. Because of this, the body's energy
gets accumulated in the form of obesity, which increases the weight.
4. Lack of sleep - To stay healthy, sleeping 7 to 8 hours is very
important. Due to not sleeping properly, the body comes into the grip of
obesity. In many studies this has confirmed that bad sleep can cause obesity.
