Congress leader met UK MP protesting removal of 370 from J-K
The BJP has described this move of the Congress as fear-inspiring
and said that the Congress will have to tell the people of the country what its
leaders go abroad and talk to foreign leaders about India.
The Congress delegation met Labor Party MP Jeremy Corbyn,
who opposed the Modi government's decision on Jammu and Kashmir. This meeting
was held on Kashmir, after which the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has targeted
the Congress.
BJP termed this move of the Congress as a fear-mongering and
said that the Congress will have to tell the people of the country that its
leaders go abroad and talk to foreign leaders about India. BJP further wrote on
its Twitter handle that the people of the country will give a befitting reply
to the Congress party for such shameful work. Let me tell you, the UK
representatives of Congress have met Corbin. Corbin himself has tweeted this
information.
Appalling! @INCIndia owes it to the people of India to explain what its leaders are telling foreign leaders about India.— BJP (@BJP4India) October 10, 2019
India will give a befitting reply to Congress for these shameful shenanigans! https://t.co/Sb0MThF17A
The BJP has written in its tweet that UK representatives of
Congress have met Labor Party MP Jeremy Corbyn for the situation of human
rights in Kashmir and there. Giving information about this, Corbin himself
wrote in a tweet that the situation in Kashmir was discussed with the leaders
of the Congress party. Corbin has instructed in the tweet that tensions in
Kashmir should come down and the period of fear and violence should also stop.
There has been controversy before
One such incident happened in the year 2017 when the news of
Rahul Gandhi's meeting with the Chinese Ambassador came in the midst of the
Doklam dispute. In fact, a meeting with Rahul Gandhi was confirmed on July 8 on
the WeChat account of the Chinese Embassy, while the Congress termed the news
of Rahul Gandhi's meeting as 'fake'. The news of Rahul Gandhi meeting the
Chinese Ambassador to India came in the middle of the Indo-China border dispute
in Doklam, Sikkim.
