Cleanliness of sewer will be done by robot in Delhi!
Delhi Government Social Welfare Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam
will go to Kerala to examine the robot on every criterion.
New Delhi:
Delhi's Kejriwal government is working on a plan, under
which it will now clean the robot sewer or septic tank. A company of some IIT
engineers has prepared a robot that can clean the sewer or septic tank. Delhi
Government Social Welfare Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam will go to Kerala last
month to test the robot on every criterion and see how much the robot can prove
to be effective in cleanliness in sewer cleaning or septic tank in Delhi.
This robot goes inside the sewer or septic tank from the
mainhole of sewer or septic tank. With the help of the camera, it shows all the
obstacles inside out on the screen. Then, giving the command according to need,
brings out the inside of the silt.
Robot's specialty
A robot weighs around 80 kg. The price of a robot is about
Rs 20-22 lakh, which can be reduced in the bargain. According to Delhi
Government Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam, if more machinery is bought by the
government then 12 to 15 lakh per robot price may come. A small sewer or tank
can be cleaned in a 15-minute robot, while a large sewer or tank can take up to
45 minutes to clean. These robots can go up to a depth of 10 meters. This is
being seen in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh in South India.

More efficient in septic tank
According to the Delhi government's social welfare minister,
Rajendra Pal Gautam, this robot can be more effective in cleansing septic tanks
than sewer. Because the government of Delhi has already 200 machines for
cleaning the sewer, due to which the person does not have to fall into sewer
and the sewer is cleared. But the sewers of tight streets and especially septic
tanks are in the private building because the machine can not go there. There,
this robot can be the best.

Common people can also use
According to Delhi Government Social Welfare Minister
Rajendra Pal Gautam, "To clear septic tanks, this robot can be used to
make the government a center in every district where the septic tank is filled,
call it and this robot The septic tank could be cleared by sending it there.
For this, the government will keep a minimum charge. This can be done by making
a helpline number. The biggest thing is that if this plan is implemented then
it will save the lives of the people, which is the most precious. '
