The government behind the incident on the Hindi word, AR
Rahman said - A beautiful decision
In the non-Hindi states, the central government has taken
the liberty to make Hindi language mandatory. The draft has been modified to
see the increase in the dispute. Singer AR Rahman of government's decision has
praised.
In the second term of the Narendra Modi government, a
decision of the Union Human Resource Development (HRD) has created panic among
the southern states. Indeed, in the draft of education policy, the Hindi
language was compulsory under the three language formula for the states of
South India, after which there was considerable squabbling. After repeated
criticism, the central government is now on backfoot. The draft has also been
changed. Now the condition of making Hindi compulsory in non-Hindi states has been
removed.
The government's decision has been welcomed by the famous
singer and music composer AR Rahman. AR Rahman tweeted in Tamil,
"Beautiful decision: Hindi is not mandatory in Tamil Nadu. Draft has been
edited."
It may be known that AR Rahman was involved in those Slebes
who responded to the draft of the government making Hindi compulsory in
non-Hindi speaking states. Rahman shared a song by singing a Punjabi singer in
Tamil and wrote in the caption: "Tamil is spreading in Punjab."
Actor Siddharth also reacted on the draft of the government
and wrote: "One country, one language, one religion. It can never be done
in India, who does not. Never. "Tamil Nadu has always been opposed to
imposing Hindi on the state. The first anti-Hindi movement was in 1937 and
lasted for three years. Later, similar movement took place in 1965. During this
time many people were killed.
