WBBSE 2019: Saugata becomes the top 10th topper, 99.14% marks achieved

WBBSE 2019: This time, in the Board of Examination of the Bengal Board, East Midnapore District student Saugata Das has made history by getting 99.14 percent marks. He has received 694 marks in total 700. This is the highest score of Bengal Board's 10th result so far.



WBBSE 2019: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has released the results of the 10th board on May 21. A total of 10,50,397 students appeared in the examination, out of which 89.97 percent students and 82.87 percent of the girls got passed.
This time, students of East Midnapore district have made history by getting 99.14 percent marks in the Bengal Board 10th examination. He has received 694 marks in total 700. Saugata is a student of Mohammed Deshaprana Vidyapeeth. Let us know, this is the highest score in the Bengal Board's 10th result. With this, with an overall of percentage of 86.07 percent, the Bengal Board has also achieved the highest number of points till date. Prior to this, in the year 2018, 85.49 percent of the students had passed.



According to the report of the Indian Express, during a conversation, Bengal Board Chairman Kalyanayam Ganguly told that 99 percent marks in the secondary examination are the best points so far. Overall pass percentage of the board is also the highest this year.

In the second place on the 10th board, jointly, Shree Shikia Paul of Alipurduar district and Debsamita Saha of Cooch Behr district. Both have received 98.71 percent marks. The third place is Bratin Mandal of Kamelia Roy and Nadia district of North Dinajpur district. Both have earned 98.42 per cent.

In this year's 10th result, a total of 51 students are included in the top-10 merit list. Of these 50 students are from the district school. There are 21 students in this list.

After the release of the result, Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee and Governor Kesharinath Tripathi congratulated all the students. This is the first time in the history of the Bengal Board when a student has achieved 99 percent marks.
