Madhya Pradesh: Congress leader killed BJP worker during
polling during last phase
A shocking case has emerged in the last and seventh phase of
the general election. A Congress leader allegedly shot and killed a BJP
60-year-old activist shortly before the polling for Lok Sabha elections ended
in Indore district of Madhya Pradesh.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ruchivardhan Mishra
said that Congress leader Arun Sharma is accused of shooting Nemichand Tanwar
(60) near Palia village near his native village near his house. This incident
is on the day of voting for the seventh phase. During this, Sharma's two sons
were also with him. He told that Tanwar was taken to the hospital but the
doctor could not save his life.
Mishra said that the assassination is being investigated.
The search for the absconding accused continues. Meanwhile, in the statement
released by the BJP, in reference to the party's state president, Rakesh Singh,
it was said that the victim, who was a victim of political rival, was an active
BJP worker. Singh claimed that Congress leader Arun Sharma, the main accused in
the case, is close to state Health Minister Tulsi Silavat.
He alleged that Tanwar and his sons had been threatened to
face serious consequences on Sunday afternoon for working in favor of BJP
during Lok Sabha elections. The state BJP president demanded that the accused
of the case be arrested and taken strict legal action against them.
In the seventh phase of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, 59
seats of 8 states were included in the voting. It includes 8 seats in Madhya
Pradesh, including Indore parliamentary seat. Which was voted on Sunday. In the
2014 Lok Sabha elections, Sumitra Mahajan defeated Congress's Satyanarayan
Patel.

Parliamentary Constituency in the 2019 general election are Pankaj Sanghvi
(Congress), Shankar Lalwani (Bharatiya Janata Party), Engineer Deepchand
Ahirwar (Bahujan Samaj Party), Iftikhar Ahmed Khan (Minority Democratic Party),
Kamlesh Vaishnav (Minority Democratic Party) Hindustan Creation Team), Dheeraj
Dubey Journalist (SPax Party), Bhavish Kishore Sanglia (Janata Congress) and
Rajendra Agrawal (Socialist Party). Independent candidates include Imran Baksh,
Parmanand Tolani, Prakash Verma, Praveen Kumar Ajmera, Mahendra Tiklia, Haji
Mushtaq Ansari, Ranjit Gohar, Ramesh Patil, Rajakaran Yadav, Shailendra Sharma,
Surendra and Dr. Sandeep Vasantrao Kadve.
