Ayodhya dispute to settle with arbitration? Supreme court can hear today

Ayodhya Case Ayodhya issue today is to be heard again in the Supreme Court. In today's hearing, the Supreme Court can decide whether this issue can resolve with mediation or not.

There is an important hearing in the Supreme Court today on the Ramjanmabhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute. Today the Supreme Court can decide on whether this issue can be resolved through mediation outside the court. In the previous hearing, the Supreme Court had indicated that the Supreme Court is ready to help if the matter is settled through arbitration.

Apart from Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, the hearing of this case is being done by the bench of Justice S. A. Bobde, Justice Dhananjay Y Chandrachud, Justice Ashok Bhushan and Justice S Abdul Nazir. In the previous hearing on February 26, the same bench had said that all parties should consider the dialogue again, if one percent is also expected to succeed, then the effort should definitely have to be tried.

What was the opinion of the parties on arbitration?

However, on the advice of mediation, several types of voices were heard in the Supreme Court in the Supreme Court. The lawyers of the Hindu Mahasabha had opposed the arbitration in the Supreme Court and had said that such efforts have already been done which have failed all the time.

But the Babri Masjid side expressed concern over arbitration, but had also said that if the Supreme Court monitors it, then it is ready. The Nirmohi Akhara too was self-respect for mediation.

Subramaniam Swami can also live

Let me tell you that BJP MP Subramanian Swamy can also be present at the hearing today. Swamy had sought permission to worship in Ayodhya, on which a few days ago Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi asked him to be present in the court during the hearing.

It is worth noting that a total of 14 appeals have been filed in the Supreme Court against Allahabad HC's 2010 judgment. The High Court had ordered division of 2.77 acres of disputed land in Ayodhya between the Sunni Waqf Board, Ram Lala and Nirmohi Akhara in three parts.
