The Congress president, once again relying on his commander Raj Babbar in Uttar Pradesh, made him the chairman of the powerful election committee. There are 33 members, including Raj Babbar in this committee. Important members of the committee are Congress leader Ajay Kumar Lallu, former state president Nirmal Khatri, former Union minister Sriprakash Jaiswal, former Union minister Salman Khursheed and RPN Singh.

Congress President Rahul Gandhi is practicing his plan for the Lok Sabha elections 2019. In this connection, the Congress President gave a big responsibility to the UP Congress President Raj Babbar late in the night. Rahul has appointed Raj Babbar as the chairman of the Uttar Pradesh election committee. Rahul Gandhi has announced the formation of a total of six committees to make the fort of Uttar Pradesh the most important province of the country. There are 92 members in these 6 committees. Uttar Pradesh has the highest number of Lok Sabha seats in the country.

The six committees approved by Congress President Rahul Gandhi include election committee, publicity campaign committee, election strategy and planning committee, coordination committee, declaration committee and media and publicity committee.

Raj Babbar commits 32-member election committee

Chairman of the Rashid Alvi Declaration Committee


The Congress President has appointed senior party leader Rashid Alvi as chairman of the Manifesto Committee. There are 10 members in this committee. Among them, former minister Pradeep Jain, former minister Jitin Prasad, former MP Brijlal Khabri, former MLA Gajraj Singh and Hafizur Rahman, former MLC Harendra Agrawal, joint secretary of research department Harshvardhan Shyam, state Youth Congress (Eastern Zone) president Neeraj Tripathi and NSUI West Zone President Rohit Rana is involved.


Gajraj Singh's Hollain Publicity Committee

Rahul Gandhi has appointed Congress leader Gajraj Singh as president of the campaign committee. In this committee he will have a team of 20 members. In this committee, former Congress legislator Imran Masood, PL Punia and RPN Singh have also been given the place.

Rajeev Shukla's responsibility for media committee

Rahul Gandhi has formed a media and publicity committee led by former Union minister Rajiv Shukla. There will be 10 more members in this committee besides Rajiv Shukla. These are the key faces of Akhilesh Pratap Singh and Nadeem Javed, who have kept the Congress party in TV debates.
Apart from this, the Congress President has formed the Coordination Committee headed by Congress Legislature Party leader Ajay Kumar Laloo in Congress state. There will be 11 more people in this committee.
